davvero entusiasmante questo filmato: riprende vari passaggi di questa bellissima linea (che non conosco ma che, a questo punto, ho voglia di conoscere andandoci personalmente), le diverse opere di ingegneria create e tanto altro. Splendido ed esemplare il fatto che gli Eritrei abbiano completamente restaurato la linea affinchè oggi, dopo 100 anni dalla sua nascita, la linea possa essere attiva. grazie per il video. 5 stars.
Beautiful video and fantastic to see the old Mallet restored and functioning! But also fantastic the Eritreans to have completely rebuilt the old line constructed by the Italians as well as engines and the "Littorina". Bravissimi!
Really chunky mallets eh? And very Italian looking. Skilled firing (no black smoke). The civil engineering looks really good too. Extreme narrow guage railroading at its best. Thanks.
Are they still Using steam on this railway?

Yes, but Italian colonialism lasted a lot longer.
But the current railway as shown, is entirely down to the Eritreans themselves and their rebuilding work over the past 5/6 years.
