USADA is only worth the testing for PEDS they KNOW ABOUT. If Mayweather or any other boxer takes PEDS that are UNKNOWN they can BEAT THE USADA testing. The only way they could prevent 100% PEDS usage, would be to have a facility that the boxers had to live in prior to the fight like a damn prison. And they'd have to be monitored 24/7 via cameras even in their bedrooms to make sure they don't take any PEDS via mouth, or injections... if they see something they'd raid rooms and detect new PEDS.
