@keeskkool no, the phones hardware is to old and there are no developers for it. look up on google stuff for it i bet you can find stuff on it, but you can't run android or iphone on it sorry.

It does keep all of your settings and messages etc. I have been using the Darkstone HD2 Froyo v3. you can download from: gamesquare

And it's running very smooth no freezing.

I use the cyanogen 6 froyo and it is glitch free.... runs as well as my son's galaxy s...the darkstone froyo is laggy...also run winmobile Energy or Kumar Rom...do not use Gen Y Dualboot, it totally screws everything up...

nice um i have one question when i try to boot android i get to a point where it says failed to find rootfs on sd card this only happens when my phone shuts off and i have to reboot it then i have to reinstall android everytime

You need to extract all files to a folder named Android, otherwise it will give you problems. All FROYO roms need to be extracted to this folder in order to run android on the HD2. Mine is working perfectly since I installed it last week.
