haha i blowdry my cockatiel after its shower too! im always worried about him getting cold when he's all wet in his cage because we always have the airconditioning on. so i decided to start blow drying him.

They may be, and for all practical purposes they are. Their leg band numbers are 6 digits apart and they were hand-raised together after hatching at the breeder's. I just don't have any info on whether or not they are from the same clutch.
