  • Good video, but the most memorable play of the game wasn't included, and I'm desperately looking for it on YouTube. There was a play in the first half when Dikembe Mutombo blocked a shot from Brian Williams, and then did his thing: turn around, face the crowd, and wag his finger saying "No no no!" However, Mutombo didn't realize Atlanta didn't secure the rebound. Nope, Scottie picked up the ball and laid it in, and Mutombo turned around just in time to see the aftermath.

  • Rodman wasn't playin good cuz he was busy wrestling with WCW and the nWo

  • i can't get over how fucking awful the hawks court is

  • for emily23. words cannot describe my great appreciation for all these uploads. thanks =)

its funny because i was born in 1994 (im 17) and i used to watch all the bulls playoff games with my dad and this game 3 specifically is coming back to me a little bit like a vaguely remember little flashes of it when i was 3.

  • We have Bison Dele and Jason Caffey sightings!

    RIP Brian WIlliams....

RIP Jason Caffey's money, all of which is going to child support.

What an incredible team. I had always thought Williams put them over the top. Chicago would still have won the title if he signed with Utah but he could've made it more difficult.

  • lol @ jason caffey...that's cold.

  • I was at that game. Probably one of the best Hawks teams ever but unfortunately ran into a dynasty

  • 1.Mookie Blaylook

    2.Steve Smith

    3.Alan Henderson

    4.Christian Laytneer

    5.Dikembe Mutombo

  • so?

  • @kareem87said5. Thats a CHampionship lineup right there. In any other era they probably play in a CONF Finals and maybe NBA FINALS, even win a Ring. But like many of the great teams of the 90s they had the misfortunes of being great at a time an invincible team was doing their dynasty.

  • as a bulls fan, i was nervous for this game. they were down at half, came back to win big. this was a talented atlanta team. would've been interesting to see what would have happened if atlanta took this one.

  • What people forget about is in 1996 the Bulls won 72 games and in the next season they won 69 games and their last year together they won 62 games and Scottie pippen was injured for 36 games. Plus, they did this in the 90's.

  • i agree. you are right. They have the sicckest three year win colum ever!!!!!

  • wouldve been back to back 70 win seasons had they been able to stay healthy in 97.

  • The Bulls were sleepwalking through the playoffs up to this point..this game sort of woke them up and they started to play much harder from then on..

  • Michael Jordan.

    A.K.A.

The Best Athlete to EVER play any kind of Sports

  • remember this one because some thought the bulls were gonna lose because of their struggles in game 1 and 2

  • thats MJ for u, any problems within the team, especially in the playoffs, he's not gonna let that happen, unlike kobe

  • I'm not ready to push the "Panic" button. I advise you all to not do that either.

    Wise words.

  • Jordan could've been down in the series 3-0, and he still would've said that. You have to kill him to get him to stop believing in himself.

  • GREAT QUALITY!!!! But where's Philips Arena when you need it!!! LOL

  • thanks. another great upload. interesting aspect of MJ's game is, he has more highlights in 21 pts game than most of today's stars scoring 50 pts.

  • no doubt about that... sure it's great to watch MJ go off for 50 points, but like you said, sometimes his best plays are in games where he scores in the low to mid 20s..

so you have to watch every thing he does...cause he might score just 20 points, but there may be one move unlike one you've ever seen before

that's the beauty of MJ and the reason why nobody will ever be greater

  • Man !! I tell ya. I'm so blessed to see MJ in his absolute prime. It was as if a scientist goes to work in his lab & does experiments a little bit different each time just to see how it looks & feels & the outcome may be. This what forced his retirement in 1993. He just lost the feel for his craft for a while. His heart wasn't in it. He felt he did it all. He was a true genius of the game. Nobody will ever be like mike. His game evolved from being atheletic to masterly by 35 yrs.

  • he chose mastery, remember in '97 when he was 34 he could still dunk from the FT line!!!!!! the GOAT

  • yes, the bulls have the answer.

  • Thanks again!

  • The first move/sequence by Jordan where he fakes a shot, spins away from the shot, and then hits an off-balance ouble-pump jumper is insane. As is the entire sequence from 4:20-4:24. He was unstoppable. He had all the moves.

  • Beautiful move at 4:59. Gets mutombo off him, hits the jumper.
