It was from the manga ^^ They were talking about birthdays and they said it was Hitsu's bday, even though as souls they probably can't remember when their birthday is.

The name of the song is "Fuyu no Hanabi" (if you search for the song on its own, I warn you: there's a Gin/Rangiku duet also called "Fuyu no Hanabi" which was on the BBC cd)
