Roomba 550 Orientation

I actually ended up returning this twice and ultimately replaced it with a Dyson. Many of my friends are now saying that their Roombas have failed or are having big problems now. After I returned mine, iRobot sent a letter to me via Costco (presumably to all 550 Costco member owners) acknowledging that the rotating brushes have a tendency to break and that a replacement brush could be requested. The hair caught by the roller was also difficult to remove from the ends.
