tens of thousands of people have candid photographs taken of them while on vacation etc. I'm not remotely famous, but I'll bet there's hundreds of photos of me that have been taken by people during vacations and at public events. Me and my wife and kids. There's probably even a Google Earth street view of me walking or driving somewhere. I remember when my fist kid was a baby, some photog wanted to snap some picks of her on a picnic blanket at the park. We all get snapped all the time.
