well cant really say much as had alot of piercings myself when i was younger but now would say that if you want to be taken seriously then u shouldt start filling your face with scars, i have holes and scars from my younger days and to be honest wouldnt advise getting anything done that your really not thinking about for the rest of your life

@JessPPG a friend of mine got one and turned green and didn't get off the couch for 2 hours. tongue piercings are dangerous, if done incorrectly you can bleed out, your tongue might swell up, or you could be paralyzed

If I were you I would wait until it's completely healed. If you change it too early the hole could close and you may end up having trouble getting it back in.

It's not too good to do it with a gun just because it shatters your cartilage and the gun can't be cleaned properly so there's a higher chance to get an infection rather than doing it with a needle. I got my cartilage though, and I have a medium pain tolerance, and to be honest it was pretty bad..probably around an 8.

you should never get your cartilage pierced with a gun, they phased that out years ago because it crushes your cartilage and does more damage than a needle and has a higher risk of infection, dont do itttt.

not at all, i got mine done when i was 9 but it got infected so i had to take it out. I then got it re-pierced when i was 11, through the scar tissue and it still didn't hurt. and I have the lowest pain threshold ever, and i'm scared of needles :)

how does that sound logical at all? your body can't properly heal all those at once. people encounter problems healing one. healing a piercing puts a strain on your immune system as it has to detract from general protection of the whole body against infection to give specific attention to the one area. now if you multiply that by 18 you not only put incredible pressure on your body healing them all at once, you make yourself more suspectuble to infection. any piercer who does that is insane.
