Hi, it's not Jazz per se, more like a Jazzy Blues 12 bar using dominant chords rather than just simple 12 bar patterns.

Check out BB king and go from there.

I have a video in my uploads showing some of this stuff, it may be helpful for you.

Strat, ProCo RAT, and Blue Junior were used for this recording. And the guitar's tone control was half way back (about 4). The neck pickup was used.
