We can't say for sure how many Al Queda members. The most realistic number that we have killed out there is in the mid hundreds. At the same time, we have killed well over 100000(and that's a very conservative number) civilians in the last ten years in Iraq and Afghanistan. Al Queda is a relatively small cell. Killing by the thousands really isnt in the cards.
