  • yeah bottled juice is not healthy at all! You gotta juice it and drink it fresh hun for the maximum effects. All the nutrients have been lost in those bottled juices

  • You can do a salt water flush and then go into the juice fast or feast. Get a juicer and leave the bottled junk alone.

  • You will see phenomenal results from all natural mangosteen juice. i gaurantee it. and there are multiple health benefits to it. and u can get it from costco. it will clean the colon and intestine well. and prevents cancer.

  • Thanks for being honest about it.Most women has a problem in that area.Get u a bottle of orange juice with a tablespoon of castor oil in it.eat all fruit and veggies.drink 100oz.of water a day.and get a juicer,I GOT ONE FOR $30.00@WALMART AND MAKE UR OWN JUICE.or get the juice from whole foods,its natural.try .32 oz. of water w sea salt,try hydo colon therapy.Just some things to try with out laxatives.hope it works

  • Thank you for sharing! I tried the juice fast thing and I could not handle it LOL!! I am now trying a cleansing diet. You can eat food with that. Just not any meats or meat products. I certainly need to cleanse my system too. Thanx :)

  • girl I have the same problem....like on the real but I think you go more than me. Sometimes I don't go for like a week or week and a half. It is getting a little better now (thank goodness)...but I eat all the time...so I wish it would come out lol!! My Dr. has me taking fiber and such but it still doesn't work :-(....this is a problem...perhaps your video will help me....I will finish watching it now!

  • eat more FIBER!!! you will go to the bathroom 3-4 times a day if you just cut the junk and eat WHOLE grain foods. and drink plenty of water.

  • Hey just increase your fiber to 35-50 grams a day and you will have usually 2 or more bowel movements a day without enemas or laxatives which can hurt you/make you dependent on them. This makes you eat alot healthier because you find fiber mostly in fruits, whole grains, veggies, etc. Glad you are juicing =) Add flaxseed to your juice for more fiber and cleansing the colon. You can get whole flax seeds from whole food store and grind them in a coffee grinder ($14 from walmart). Good luck!

    im aiming for a water one for 40 days.

  • yeah, i need to do this more than ever, its getting to the point where, if I dont do this, i'll amount to complete nothingness. I know it sounds somewhat extreme but I need to make something out of my existance and this is the start, all my dreams, hopes and ambitions can start here, and my expectations are pain stakingly high, so failings not an option, I cant fail, I wont let myself. not again.

  • I would not mind about being bored doing this for 30 days. My main issue would be to faint or develop health issues. Can you exercise while you're on a long juice fasting?

  • Well, i'm definitely not an expert on it, but everything I read said to make sure your activity level is in the negative lol Like, literally, dont burn ANY calories on purpose...i didnt have a whole lot of extra energy to burn anyway...

  • Exactly what I thought. I'm just going to increase the quantity of veggies and fruits and decrease the rest while staying away from junk food. All of this plus exercise should give me some results.

  • Hey I have the same problem. I suffer from bloating and my stomace always hurts after I eat. Did the juice fast work for you?

  • Yeah, i definitely cleaned my system out lol and i also lost a bit of weight, but maintaining afterwards is really hard...

  • there are some juice fasters who fast mainly on juice the first day, then fast on fruits the second day, then fast on vegetables the next day...the alternating helps with not getting bored...just food for thought.

  • I understand you about the poop thing...one thing that really helped with my bm was fruit fasting. I would like 2 do it longer, but I was only able to do it for 3 days and was overcome by temptation, but, it worked for me....now, I take a bm every morning.

  • Hmmmm....i wonder if drinking 100% juice will have the same effect...i'm drinking 100% juice on my fast...

  • I think that it also matters what types of juices u are using...juicing real fruits are more affective...juicing on fruit juices from the stores contain lots of sugars and high fructose corn syrups and will do more harm than good...just a thought.

  • Gotcha. Im gonna try to alternate because I cant afford strictly fresh fruits and veggies...
