what a joke!!! this guy woulda been better off standing under a sqaut rack with REAL weight if he wanted to improve his function instead of standing on those water baloons hoisting a broom stick..is this a joke or what??? LMFAO!!!!
I would suggest to you to practice your mma movements on the mat..when you go to the gym concentrate on getting stronger and you do that by using compound movements ie sqauts bench press curls etc..standing on one leg while curling a 10 pound dumbell is not gonna do shit..you need to over load the muscle and concentrate on the muscle your working..something that cant be done on a bosu ball
In other words functional training prepares and conditions you by practicing movements that are towards your desired goals. It will get you fit and ready for the ring in a way that training machines cannot offer.
if your joining the circus as a tigh rope walker yeah it would be great....if you go out on the mma mat and have no strength and the other guy is throwing you around like a rag doll because he has built his strength up thru compound training you r gonna be in big trouble..spend you time 'practicing" your mma moves on the mat.that is how you will become a better fighter
no picture no credibilty..lmao...you wanna waste your time at the gym like all the out of shape personel trainers at my gym that advocate this crap then go nuts...
