@Sdefinite Ive had an Elite since new in 08', sometimes its been on for 12 hrs at a time (forget to shut it off a couple times) and Ive gamed, 3 hrs in a row many times. No RROD, and it really doesnt heat up that bad. I keep it off the floor, and its not encased or enclosed. So just keep it off the floor and in the open, that will give it plenty of air flow for cooling.
