I danced with Vito in Cotati and at Sonoma State in the '70s. He directed the burlesque guerrilla street theater troupe "Freestore." I saw them perform many times, becoming a sort of "groupie" lusting after the girls in the group including Pam, Bobbi, and especially Yvonne. <3 Vito
Me too, me too! I remember his noon classes. "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" was the only song he played for the whole hour. I felt I could dance! I remember Pam and her son Atom. Where are they now?
Vito was an artistic genius! I was privilaged to have known him! He taught me how to set my soul free while dancing! The most talented sculpter EVER! I wish I had at least one of his works! May God Bless Your Immortal Soul my old friend!
