It looks to me like they are having fun -and that's what it's all about right?! If you dont know that already, you're probably not any fun to dance with anyway... so who cares what you think of this video. I'm a lindyhopper but I know enough about the variations of the dance to know they are heavily Westcoast influenced. And I thought that was a pretty decent westcoast/lindyhop routine! ....And they are obviously having fun =) GO YOU! Keep dancing!!!

To answer the questions of who wouldn't cheer out for that routine? Well, probably people that are expecting the dynamics of lindy hop. Lindy Hoppers do seem to have a certain disdain for west coasters that try to do lindy hop with west coast stylings and connections. The two dances are different, with differenct stylings, have been for decades, and that should be respected.
