Just google "Cavatina sheet music". There are lots of sites. However, it is usually written in E or maybe D (not G). Someone has even done a free PDF of it (not entirely legal).

Takamine make good guitars. I wasn't aware that they made ukuleles. Seems ok to me.

Yes, this Ohana is my own. Definitely one of my favourite instruments. My favourite at the moment is my Kiwaya soprano.
