Guessing I'd say the chutney would be about 70 calories per serving (4 servings) and the potatoes would be about 150 each. It would drop down to about 115 if you used skim milk instead of sour cream.
I'll definately make those potatoes again. I bet you could do it with a little skim milk and no sour cream and still get the same end result with less fat.

Chutney is good on chicken and fish too. You can make it with mango or apples too.
