  • Wow, that is quite a kitchen you have there!

That's a very nice recipe. I love sea bass.

I hate cleaning the damned Foreman Grill though; how about you?

  • I hear ya. I hate cleaning the Foreman too. My friend has one where the plates come out and she can put them in the dishwasher. I wish I had forked out the money for that.

  • Wow, looks delish Karen. And its great that you have such a supportive hubby by your side. Great that he enjoys your healthy cooking.

  • I think he enjoys my cooking too much cuz he eats my leftovers. LOL

  • You're going to be known as the Julia Childs of WLS food! It looks great, and I can't wait to try it! Thanks for the video.

  • Thanks for watching the video. I'll try to make another one soon.

  • looks delicous your hubby is cute LOL he looks like he was hungry...

  • My husband is always hungry. Thanks for watching.

  • yummy....now you need that glass of wine to go with that meall...

    Chutney...got to find that....

  • Oooo how about wine in the chutney...you know we can't drink with our meals...but OK before and after right? tee-hee

  • that does look good! thanks! i have never ever had chutney so this will be new!

  • Chutney is good on chicken and fish too. You can make it with mango or apples too.

  • Looks fabulous. I will definitely try that chutney with fish. Dave is awesome. Love how he trys everything for you and gives feedback. He be the meat candy man. lol

  • Nice, looks delicious. How many calories? Have a great week.

  • Guessing I'd say the chutney would be about 70 calories per serving (4 servings) and the potatoes would be about 150 each. It would drop down to about 115 if you used skim milk instead of sour cream.

  • I love Dave's Commentary!

  • This looks so good... and I love how Dave taste tests it and reviews it right on camera. Good job!

  • Thanks so much for watching. Dave is a hoot.

  • the potato looks amazing - I can't wait to try it myself

  • I'll definately make those potatoes again. I bet you could do it with a little skim milk and no sour cream and still get the same end result with less fat.

  • Yum I love the Chutney recipe.

The potatoes look awesome and when I can eat more carbs I will try it!

Thanks for the Vid I loved it!

  • You're welcome. That chutney would probably be good on pork or chicken too.

  • OMG you made my mouth water!!! When Dave said it tasted like warm potatoe salad I do believe I drooled... lol Thanks for sharing the recipes.

Hope everything is working out with your house. - hugs - Lorraine

  • The potatoes were really good. I liked the crunchy veggies in it. The house thing - not so good but I'm still optomistic.
