If you will notice, the cars on the street are cars you will unlock through out the game infact theres even the bonus car from lisa's story mode. And that stupid bart isnt even in the damn car, i mean honestly. this is a hack.

i no how to do it ites esay he used cheats and then enter them and play bart and snow he canged hes time on to desember 25 and then the snow came and he now a happy man and the car you have to wait till desember 25 on ANY YEAR then go to the phone boot and then choose a car it will be diffrent emill me at any promblems on carsraceorama04@hotmail.co.uk and then i will solve it plzzz suscribe the top vidoe and plzzz click good on my comeant thanks and do forget bye

1. He used Lucas Tweak to get that car because normally you can't find it in game and it's called cuda.con

2. He changed textures
