I think this is fake. At the beginning it said Fox: 0 targets, which would mean his time would be a "new record" instead of "complete"

@spinozi658 no, after the first time you complete it, it only says "complete". anyways, if you're surprised such a low record is possible, it's because this was done using savestates and frame advance (basically playing in slow motion, any mistakes can be restarted from) to perfect what is too difficult to do in real time. it's useful for showing us which direction to take when we try to improve our own records on console

No, TAS is a concept where you use a tool to slow down the game (frame by frame) and record your inputs so you can play them later at full speed.
