great job on the vocals. I don't mean to be a jerk but, may I recommend you invest in a guitar tuner. the quality of your vocals deserves to be accompanied by an in tune guitar

To be honest though, I really loved how she sang the original. I think they may have intentionally written it with a higher key to have her put more effort into it, to get more of that "yearning", expressive emotion. When I heard her sing it the first time, I was totally floored by the raw emotion in her voice. :)
