  • FUCK....Thats beast bro.

  • Great resutls! I have just finished round one. I am 47 years old and started at 20% BF, 173 Lbs. At day 90 I was 156 Lbs, and 12.4% BF. My waist went from a 34 down to a 30. I stuck close to the nutrition plan (thanks to my wife who cooked all the meals for me). I had shakeology for breakfast and all of the other meas were from the plan. This is the best complete fitness plans out there. Again, outstanding results. Now on to round two today.

  • Did u follow da p90x diet or ur own?congrats n amazing results by da way.

  • WOW man. Congratulations. Im just about to start p90x myself. Im 22 and i used to be in amazing shape back in high school. Then I went to college for 4 years and packed on almost 70 pounds. Not all of it was fat but a good portion of it was. But after seeing your results, i cant wait to get back in shape.

  • Any supplements that you used?

But this time nothing is gonna stop me! Im ready to get started and am getting ready to order my Shakeology to help me out! Great job man, your my inspiration!

  • hey dude good job, I'm about to start p90x what advice do you have for beginners and how did you stay motivated?

  • Dude is that really you in 90 days!!??? I cant wait to see my resluts...Im on day 4!! haha..but im still pushing play.... thanks for the motivation...

  • Damn bro this is one of the best results videos ive seen! i just started a few days ago and im hooked

  • Nice results! I'll start this saturday and we'll see how it goes. Will let you know in 90 days. A consistent diet would be small meals based mainly on protein.

  • amazing haha.

  • @irepbmore Thank you. Lots of hard work but well worth it

  • Nice man! I´m gonna start p90x 1/2-11 and i have the same measurements as you. Something to look forward to. Gonna be the fittest guy in Sweden;-)

    Did you use Creatine?

  • @saybia75 Great to hear! Hope you will acomplish that goal. Let me know if you need any help.

  • Congratulations, guy. The transformation was very impressive.

  • @thefirstwhiteknight Thank you very much.

  • i was not trying to insult you earlier i was just saying you did not need to buy p90x you could have gotten the same results with a strict diet, lifting weights and running

  • @Oreoboy101 Yes I agree you will get results doing those things. But that is what P90X is exactly. No reason to knock it. It is a great program for people because it lays out a all inclusive program for them to follow in case they dont now how to design one. I was in the military, am a nurse, and was a athelete and understand all variables of fitness and nutrition. I wanted to try to out this program and it is great. Now it has got me into bodybuilding and personal training.

  • great job! did you do any other cardio or workouts besides the program?

  • @isaiahkalanii I did add some cardio. I would go and run a few miles at a time after the first 30 days or so. I prob did this 2 times a week on average but not always.

  • good work !!! Im going to start this coming week im right where you used to be.

  • @wiscmarine Well hope all is well with the program. Keep me updated on our results. Id be glad to help if I can.

  • BEAAAST!

  • Godamn P90x changes lives

  • @dzergy Thanks!

  • amazing results man.

  • @JoeTelevisheown Thanks!

  • Good stuff man..I started 2 weeks ago and have lost at least 5-6 pounds already, even thou im not doing any diet..just staying away from fast food and sodas.

  • @wolverine6511 That's a good start. It's amazing how quickly you can drop some weight just cutting out fast food and sodas. As you drop weight you will need to become even more knowledgable regarding nutrition to continue to tone up or build muscle.

  • @wolverine6511 Thts a great start. Do what works for you and what will allow you to stick to it.

  • did u follow the eating guide? does the eating guide tell u what to eat or just like how much protein, carbs and stuff to eat?

  • @tbear116 I did not follow the guide. I just made sure to keep carbs low and from good sources such as whole grains and veggies. I made sure to eat 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight at min. Keep your calories at least at a 500 cal deficit from your maint calories and you will shed weight. keep adjusting as you lose.

  • @tbear116 I did not follow the guide. I have a great knowledge of nutrition and how to design fat shredding diets and created my own and altered it as I went to fit my goals.

  • @Grinder1020 a simple no would have sufficed lol, but thanks, im not as enlightend as you are with diets and such so ill just follow the guide haha

  • Great job =D. My family and I are getting p90x for christmas as a sort-of family gift to ourselves. Can't wait!!!

  • @drpwninator That's awesome. My kids would do workouts with me from time to time. My 9 yr old daughter loved the kenpo and plyo workouts. Doing it with people will help you stay motivated and accountable.

  • Congratulations on your success. I finished the program on Sunday. Dropped 25lbs of chunk. I like your diet advice. Small meals, protein etc. Are you going to do a round II?

  • @1973Honda125 Yes I did a second round and put on even more muscle. I just have not posted a video. I do have pics though.

  • @1973Honda125 Yes I did 2 rounds then bodybuilded for awhile. I have just started a round 3 now.

  • @Grinder1020 My current body shape, is what yours is on day 90. Im ordering p90x soon, but im skeptical on my results. Do you think p90 will work for me from your experience?

  • you are aware that you already had the majority of that muscle under your fat. Lifting weights and running consistently would have gotten you the same result probably better results too

  • @Oreoboy101 You obviously are ignorant to fitness and nutrition with a comment like that so Ill leave my response to that.

  • @Grinder1020 Bud I am a personal trainer. I am not going to argue with you just because you did p90x does not mean you know everything about fitness. You probably are one of those people who think it is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time aren't you. The only way that is really possible is with steroids, prohormones or have the testosorone of an adolescence going through puberty. Bud you already had the majority of that muscle under the fat.

  • Dude, I love all the success stories abotu p90x. I am 15 and on day 2 and I don't really need to burn fat or build muscle, but I am at that age where I can start developing muscle so I am doing this. I have a friend who did it and he went from this pale white stick to a ripped beast. It was so amazing.

  • @Sn4zzle At your age if you make sure to focus on proper nutrition and get on the right lifting program you will grow like crazy. Until your 20 or so your testosterone levels are high as hell and raging and allow you to just stack on muscle. Its what older guys pay thousands of dollars for to try to raise their levels. Good luck.

  • @Grinder1020 Nice results!! I'm doing P90X but only on Day 2 :) and my arms are like noodles right now from Day 1. I've completely changed my diet to follow the P90X plan, but Phase 1 Fat Shredder involves very little carbohydrates. I'm only 16 so I'm pretty skinny, but if I want to gain muscle mass, should I add more of the complex carbs to my diet? It just doesn't seem like I'm getting enough with 1-2 servings of carbs per day.

  • @NutritiouslyHigh You are 16 with the testosterone of a raging bull so your body is in optimal shape to grow. What is your height, weight, aprox bf %? If you want to gain muscle or grow you have to eat. In order to grow you have to have an excess of calories above your maint. Adding in more carbs is fine as long as they are good sources of complex carbs and are eaten at appropriate times. I would eat majority of your carbs the meal before you workout and meal after. Get at least 1gm pro per lb

  • Any idea how many calories you were taking in most days?

  • @ghost2171 Depends, usually between 2000-2500

  • @ghost2171 2000-2300 aprox

  • good job man, did u follow the diet religiously?

  • @TheWarMachine93 No. I followed my own diet of low carb and high protein. Didnt eat simple carbs only complex from whole grains and veggies. I also made sure to get at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight.

  • iTS VERY EASY to sim stronger on a picture, doit at home, only tight your muscles hard, on all pics the muscles must be relaxed, im sim the beach boy when I thight the muscles.

  • Quick question how tall are you and did you do the Xstretch on sundays (i havent been)

  • @skoopa I am 5 ft 10 and i did not do x stretch ever

  • @skoopa I am 5'11. No I always rested on Sundays, never did X-stretch. I also never did Yoga but substituted cardio x instead.

  • It's people like you who make me want to get P90X. I'm getting it this week and can't wait to complete 90 days.

  • @larcm3 Thanks for the kind comments, just bring it hard and you'll get the results.

  • Man I wish my results were like these. I dropped 40 pounds but I want the ripped muscles. I think I didn't gain the muscles because I didn't really follow the diet plan, it's too confusing. Can someone help me? =D

  • @KenBantol Dont worry about following an exact diet plan. Do the workouts, eat higher protein, lower carb diet and eat 5-6 meals a day of equal amounts. Keep your carbs from good sources..stay away from starchy ones and youll get results.

  • @Grinder1020 Can you help me with the diet plan? Like can you tell me basically what you ate? =D

  • heckyea!!! That is what P90X will do if you stick to the program. Im on my 60 day and can see big diference. You go Grinder!!! Try it one more time and I bet you will have even better results. Gread job sticking to the propgram.

  • Shut yea!!! That is what P90X will do if you stick to the program. Im on my 60 day and can see big diference. You go Grinder!!! Try it one more time and I bet you will have even better results. Gread job sticking to the propgram.

  • How many pullups (close, wide and reverse) could you do at the start and then at the end? They have been the hardest part for me.

I could barely do 1 at the start. I'm on day 30, i can do 5.

  • Grinder man you should be proud of yourself! Very inspiring! Looks like I am a little shorter than you, but the same problem areas as you had b4 you started. Would you be willing to share what your meals might be during a day? Did you substitute any meals with shakes or shakeology? Also, did you give yourself a free day a week or no? Thanks in advance. Congrats!

  • @gonnawinfosho No free weeks, sorry. Check some of my other comments and I have commented on how I ate. I did only use a recovery shake after workouts and a protein shake.

  • @Grinder1020 i dont have the money to follow the food plan. Also, i cant handle classic so should i start with lean to get in shape and then for round 2 do classic?

  • Way to go man!

U knocked out those luv handles, something I got a problem with. I will start my 90 days soon.

  • nice work man!! do your best ...

  • dam bro congrats :D i hope to get results like those soon :)

  • omg sexy!!!! xD

  • @SimaticStyle thank you!

  • Great job! I am on day 30 and I have already lost 4 lbs. Can't wait till I get to day 90.

  • awosume job i hope i get the same results!

  • You killed it dude. Your diet and workout intensity really shows. More evidence that this program has the ability to transform your physique in 90 days. Way to go!

  • @onintwo34 Thanks... yes if you stay with it and dont dog it you are guarenteed results!

  • @onintwo34 Thanks! With some hard work and dedication this program has the ability to really transform you.

  • How bout the eating? Did you diet big time or still ate junk food. Good job man.

  • @cogenman I did not follow their nutrition guide but I did make sure I was careful with my diet. Lowered my carb intake and increased protein to 1-1.5 grams perlb of bodyweight

  • Just got p90x program. You help inspire me. Thanks

  • Great job man!!

  • dude great results i have the same problem u did i am 17 and i have love handles and im already 1 month in the p90x im so happy to see that p90x melts love handles plus muscles this is awsome.,,, i feel inspired thanks man cant wait till im done with p90x

  • damn thats impressive!

  • Damn dude great results

  • great results man! did u do doubles or the classic?

  • @xFlyGamerx I did the Classic program. Just stayed with it and never missed a workout.

  • @Grinder1020 thanks man. i'm 16 and i'm one month and a week into the program. i was starting to get lazy and bored with it but ur results inspired me to keep BRINGING IT! after i'm done maybe i'll be able to post a video lol. :D

  • @xFlyGamerx I am glad to see that I have given you some inspiration. It does take focus and dedication to complete the program. It is hard to make yourself do it everyday. You will see fantastic results and be glad you did in the end. Let me know if you need anything. Keep me updated on your progress.

  • I just picked it up earlier this week and plan on starting on the following monday. Did you struggle at all when you first started

  • @cooperhansen Well I wouldnt say struggled but they where very difficult at first. The ab workout was very tough to finish. Each phase though the workouts continued to get easier to finish.

  • From what I've seen, Insanity makes our more fit and takes only 60 days

  • did you use the recovery drink at all?

  • @fryej5 No I did not use the recovery drink. I drank Whey protein before and after workouts and used a creatine drink after weight training workouts

  • Now that's some RESULTS RIGHT THERE.....Good work

  • @WORKOUT66 Thanks. I am farther along now even. I am down another 10-12lbs and have packed on more lean muscle

  • @Grinder1020 TELL ME did follow the meal plan to an T? Because I am going to began but I find that it may be difficult because of all of the ingredients and so forth. Im thinking that It might be best for me to take one daily meal and eat it for one week and then change to another the next week.

I see that some people say that they have followed the NUTRITIONAL PLAN down to an T but they must have an chef it that is so.....LOL

  • @WORKOUT66 yeah i never used the nutritional guide once. None of the meals sounded appetizing to me. I ate low carbs from whole grain sources and ate high protein diet eating 5-6 times daily.

  • what type of diets did you use?? and did you use any like protein powder or anything like that?

  • @SiThG0D I didnt follow the nutrition guide as it is set up. I tried to keep my carbs low like around .08 grams per body lb of weight and my protein around 1-2 grams of lb per body weight. My carbs always came from whole grain sources or fruits and veggies. Yes I used Whey protein and casein protein before bed.

  • wow man sick results! did you follow the diet meal for meal or did you just do your own thing? i'm pretty much just sticking to my diet and adding more protein and eliminating any junk...also, how tall are you? i think we're a similar build. definitely impressed and inspired! thanks.

  • @tonykrand I am 6 feet tall. No I have never used any of the meals out of the diet plan. None of them seemed real appealing to me. I just increased my protein to about 1-1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight and carbs to about 0.6-0.8 grams / lb

  • @Grinder1020

did you use the recovery drink at all? or just the work out?

  • amazing results! congatulations

    check my transformation video too!

    cheers

  • Nice Job... I've just made it through my first week. I'm quite inspired! I hope I can get results like yours.

  • @waitkevich You just have to stay with it no matter what. The first 30 days I didnt see dramatic results but felt better. The results then really started to show. Stay with it and bring it.

  • @waitkevich

Me too today was Kenpo X! I tried to push it but it was nothing like Plyo so a bit later popped that one in and I've never burned more calories in one day in my life! My motivation is waking up the next morning and seeing a slight change, wherever it is, because I brought it. Keep pushing play!

  • Holy Shit....I guess it really does work.

  • @cadburysecret Yes if you bring it you will get the results you are looking for.

  • Are you going to do another round? If so, keep us posted!

  • @daboys1 I am doing another round currently. I am almost into 3rd phase of it, then on to insanity.

  • Are you going to do another round? If so, keep us updated!

  • haha nice tan at the end....

I swear as soon as people lose weight that's like the first thing they do

    you look great

your willpower is waaaaaaaaaaay better than mine

  • @rockstaramr Lol actually tan is from lots of being out in the sun recently, I am always tan during warm weather even when fat, lol. First pics where just taken in January and I live in Indiana.

  • Your results are AWESOME! Did you follow the nutrition guide\ Im still having trouble with my abs, slow process, finished p90x and Im trying insanity

  • @brandon11140 I used the guide for just that.. a guide. I really just tried keeping my carbs low and from good sources and consumed 1-1.5grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

  • Awesome results and very inspiring. I have had the program for almost a year now and have started twice but never got further than day 28. Always seem to find an excuse to quit. We have very similar body types (well, your old body anyway) and after watching this vid, I am truly inspired to bring it. How did you handle the nutrition? Did you follow the guide completely or what? Thanks for posting this.....

  • @killab1973 I did not follow the guide to a T, just used it as a guide to point me in the right direction. I kep my carbs low and from good sources and ate high protein. I used protein supplements to make sure i got enough.

  • awesome results!

  • i really was bout to give up today than i saw your video thanx

  • @shauvu007 I am glad it inspired you and you did not give up hopefully. I know it is hard to always want to push play but the results are there to be had. You have to work hard and be commited and you wont regret it. Message me for any help needed.

  • I just did my first day of p90x man was it tough when i hit the ab ripper i felt a mess couldn't do half the rep's i needed too did you experience the same thing? i did what i could and was smoked when i was done not sure if i should pause and try to get the 25 rep's or just work on building myself up to them

  • @inkman411 It is best in the beginning to just go to your failure whether that is 10 reps or all 25. You do not want to overdue it or take to many breaks just to get it done. There are still things that I may only make it to 20 instead of 25. You will continually build up your reps.

  • Great job, keep pushing play!

  • danmmmm men you really change alot . how many calories did you eat per day durind the 90 days??

  • @donald809 I kept it to around 2000-2500. I really tried to keep my carbs low and made sure they where coming from good sources such as oatmeal, 100 percent whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, and vegetables. I drank a lot of water and stuck with green tea or skim milk as beverage choices. I ate a lot of protein and made sure I was eating something every 3-4 hours.

  • @Grinder1020 dude thanks men i been having problems with the calories the first 30 days i was eating less thatn 1100 to lose LBS fat but now i wanna get mass so im eating around 1800 1900 n some time 2000. but the problem is that i dont know what to eat to get to 2000 plus calories cause i work in the morning so i dont got that many time to be eating so when i eat i wanna eat things over 300 calories. wat do u think it will be good for me to eat 300calories per meal??

  • @donald809 Well the best thing to do is first to start and figure out how many calories daily you are going to eat to obtain the results you want. What is your height and weight? Lets say you are going to eat 2000 calories a day for example. If you cant eat 5 or 6 times a day try to start with 4. Divide the 2000 calories daily by 4 so thats aprox 500 calories a meal.

  • @donald809 For example when you eat breakfast you should consume your highest amt of calories then so you have all day to burn them off. So you could eat 600, then 600 for lunch, 200-300 calorie snack then 500-600 for dinner. I would try to make sure most of your calories come from brkfst or lunch with a small dinner.

  • @donald809 I like to eat brkfst, lunch, snack, dinner, then i have a snack or casein protein drink before bed to sustain my body throughout the night. Whatever you decide just divide up your calories throughout your meals.

  • @donald809 An example of a daily meal plan for me is if im working out in am i wake up and drink whey protein shake w/water( 130 calories, 24g protein) then I have a bowl of oatmeal(1/2 cup dry = aprox 150 calories).. i use truvia as a sweetner which is all natural and calorie free, i also add a lil cinnamon which is a good thing to have in your diet.

  • @donald809 I then will do my workout about 30min to hr later. After my workout I have drink a whey protein shake using water(130 calories) and I have a creatine shake w/ water(150-170 calories).

  • @donald809 3-4 hrs later its lunch which is sometimes a salad with grilled chicken on it using rasberry vinagretee dressing or i eat chicken sausage with vegetables and 1% cottage cheese, or stir fry w/ chicken and brown rice, or grilled chicken breast with vegetables, it really depends there are a lot of choices.

  • @donald809 A few hours later I usually will have a snack ( 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese or handfull of raw nuts (almonds/pecans/walnut mix), or protein bar(20g protein, 180 calories), maybe some fruit.

  • @donald809 At dinner I eat light maybe a chicken breast grilled or baked with some vegetables, or fish with vegetables, whole grain pasta with spaghetti. I only used ground turkey for meat sauce. Anyways that is usually a similar day of mine..but I like to mix it up.

  • @donald809 There are so many things you can eat and mix up the key is never binging on your calories and getting most of them in one meal and always get plenty of protein keeping your carbs low and from good sources. Remember if you want to put on muscle you have to have pleanty of protein and definatly more then 1100 - 1500 calories. Muscles need food.
