  • well i think that first of all the leg exercises should be slow because the muscles get tighten therefore they work more and its MUCH more effective. secondly if you keep your head down on the hand might aswell go to sleep. its an OK video though.

  • Looks simple but effective and wont add to a back injury, I will be trying this workout.
