Zilla v Clover - Personally I would like that idea: We could see this: Zilla arrives to menace NY, and the Army, in the process of deterring her, accidentally awakens another Clover. Zilla pesters clover and actually manages to do some damage before getting killed, which leaves Clover open to the Army's attacks.

Also, an awsome sub-plot could have people trapped with the parasites, and than suddenly hear a commotion. Finding remains of parasites AND baby zillas strewn everywhere..

If you go back to the first comments made for this video, you'll see that a lot of people actually did think that this was a trailer for a sequel to the '98 American Godzilla film, so in the future I'd recommend taking the post dates into account rather than just insulting from the get go.
