Not only because of his celebrity status, but neighbors have been complaining about noisy construction work in his property just last year to early this year, I think. Maybe this was the place that Vedder had renovated/constructed noisily.

Wonder why he even watches videos of him if all he's gonna do is insult him...I love the part where he says Eddies neighbors have been complaining about noisy construction! Well said. I like when I hear about somebody who's on top of their game. Who goes through the trouble of sending out a disc of every episode to a friend? A cool dude with a great show who's on point, Steven Van Zandt
