  • 60,000 to keep them "selfs" in business? Somehow I dont think it was the agent. Market value is determined by what a buyer and seller are willing to agree on. You were not forced to take a loss.

  • I believe that these clients have experienced a great loss. A true Cultural KW agent would have done everything that they could to help their client reach their real estate goals. I think it's a shame that when that goal was unachieved for whatever reason, that the agent was considered to blame.. or on the other hand, it is unfortuneate that an agent who may not have exemplified the KW Culture has caused the KW name to be tainted.
