  • I'm curious...

How does this retarded, shaved gorilla's walnut sized brain generate enough energy to keep his lips flapping?

  • @Hammersley1967 haha, greatest and most accurate comment on this page

  • fred thompsons youre an actor and you know nothing about the economy. peter schiff ,rand paul for senate

  • FRED FOR PRESIDENT 2012!!!!!!

P.S. Dont let the front door of the capital building hit you Dems on your way out for 2010! hahahaha

  • How's that presidential campaign workin' for ya, Freddie?

  • Atlas your a wad gobblin, dumbass...

  • You know people only want to vote for the guy that has the words like 'hope", "change", and "believe".

I mean, how many songs have the root word economy anywhere? Most voters can't even pronounce it....

  • I'm sick of shitheads insulting a true patriot like Fred Thompson. Whoever hates him can shut up.

  • if u want a stimulus screw urself obama is a liberal.

  • Obama is stupid u cant give out free health care, and raise taxes on small buissnes which supply alot of the nations jobs. He would have been an awsome president, he is very conservative which is great obama sux.

  • Obama is a Puke and Thompson is a patriot.

  • Comment removed

  • I`ve got an idea. Instead of printing loads more money and wasting all that paper. Why not just had extra naughts on the money in circulation?

  • Why isn't this man your president? /sweden

  • Because he is a moron

  • Man its said to think of how much different Fred would have ran this country. Fred would not have ran this country into unmanageable debt and outrageous spending.

Fred also would not be bowing to Saudi Kings, or having a jolly time with Chavez who hates the US.

  • This was my only choice for president. But people choose the socialist republican. He's very knowledgeable.

  • I love videos like this. Truth like this brings out the abject stupidity of liberals who scramble their pathetic socialist asses off to blow smoke. LOL

  • this man would have made a great president...................president of the cub scout chapter in knoxville.

  • This is not a straw man argument. This is humor. You know, what you tactlessly attempted by predicting his soon demise. Want a straw man argument? Read an Obama speech.

  • I cannot believe people still like Obama after that 787 million dollar bailout money went to the bankers and insurance companies. They don't realize that Obama isn't just going to raise taxes on rich people, but poor and middle class folks will pick up the tab from now on visiting the grocery store.

  • LOL, here here!

  • It's too bad Fred Thompson didn't get the GOP nomination. I think he would have won. We sure could use someone with his down-home common sense. I hope he runs again.

  • Thompson sorry i spelled it wrong

  • Yes, I tried for years to lose weight by eating more and more. Did not work, what did you expect?

Tell a dopehead to double his intake of heroin to get clean - he will love it.

Greenspan told the American people long enough to spend more to stay wealthy - they believed him.

How stupid we humen beings can be!

  • Fred Thompson is a potato. With another potato for a head.

  • Good video and great message, aside from the condescension at the beginning and the cigar at the end. The flash and the insult deteriorates the message. Fred Thompson is no economic expert, and those few people who are don't start their talking points by asserting the inferiority of others.

  • "Russians don't take a dump without a plan, son"

  • @ Damiendark: Thompson was a United States Senator who served longer there than our current novice of a president. He is the son of a used car salesman. He put himself through Vanderbilt Law and then represented a woman who had been cheated out of wages by a corrupt governor. Because of his representation, he helped bring down that governor. He served as minority counsel to the Senate Watergate Committee as a young lawyer. He's done much more than just act, a lot more than Obama in fact.

  • Thompson didnt have anything special about him when he spoke he didnt have an x factor to counter Obama, obama love or loath him had a natural energy and intelligence that grabbed voters Romney (who should have been the GOP pick) was your best bet but ignorant GOP members wanted that tough guy from Die Hard who spoke fast to the point and with energy (IT WAS A CHARACTER IN A MOVIE MORONS!) when they realised thompson was a nice guy, qualified but nothing more they pulled away in droves.

  • Fajny film

  • Thompson is an actor with delusions of grandeur when the base realised from the debates and interviews he wasnt really like the gruff tough straight talking guy from Die Hard 2 and In the line of Fire at all in real life they abandoned him in droves.

  • He had no "delusions of grandeur". He was trying to show the Republican party where they should be. And they tried to be to centrist. Big mistake.

  • the rep cannot survive in this century without moving slightly centrist thats just a fact. they dig there own graves really they ignore all other voters until they lose now you here calls for them to try to grab the Latino vote (the black vote was lost decades ago they learned fast what the GOP is about in regards to minoritys) and it smacks of fake desperation. Appointing Steele who bowed down to a radio entertainer (WTF was THAT about???) was the final nail in the coffin until 2016.

  • Freddy Thompson, aka Dancing-Cake Thompson, has a radio show now. Listen to it to get your masochism fix.

  • genius. but its terrifying whats hapening

  • with a debt of 12 Trillion dollars and 50 trillion of social services etc it is only a question of time when American goes down the toilet bringing the rest of the world with it. The plus side is that perhaps the planet might recover a little from de forestation and global warming and with less money around perhaps we will not be able to eat fish and this might save the fish stocks for another 10 years. I think the finiancial problem is the least to worry about the biggest is OVER Population !

  • Oh Fred why couldn't you have run a campaign that didn't suck?

  • o digitaldud why didnt the great oz grant you a brain and common sense?

  • "Half can dig holes the other half can fill them up" - LOL...

  • When our snow melts, I am geting my Big Rake out .. Hope it melts before the Plane comes over.. Now that could be a problem

  • this idiot is acting right now! copying ron pauls message what a phony

  • fred thomsan FOR LIFE!

  • "the lofty heights to which the stock market has risen."

I laughed out loud at this

Fred, I don't know how you were able to keep a straight face through this whole thing. Great job.

  • HA...drop it from Airplanes LOL!

  • I've never supported Fred Thompson in the past, but his view on the current economy is right on the money. He smeared Ron Paul in the debates a few times, but ironically they share this common view.

  • loooooool ironic guy

  • For those that think there are two parties, you are victims of propaganda. U.S corporate tyranny is of one mind.

Power begets power. And power will not relinquish of its own accord.

    Wake up and think independently.

  • All of the other Republican candidates laughed when Ron Paul said this country was going bankrupt. They aren't laughing now. Props to Fred Thompson for listening.

  • Ron Paul would be much more popular if it weren't for his supporters...they're all completely kooky for some reason...

  • Washington Expert = Oxymoron

  • What a coward Uncle Fred. You waited to long to actually get into the race for the White House - Cause you knew you weren't going to win - and now you sit there spouting off like you have all the answers - ACT upon your so called common sense you OLD, WHITE, RICH, MALE. Isn't that what you really do best ACT? not DO!

  • If we never went to War in Iraq, and never had the Bush Tax Cuts, we still have a deficit.

Too bad my tax dollars were wasted to pay for your education.

  • Well said.

  • they weren't spent properly

  • ahhhh yes - Bush's complete Incompetence....getting us into a war that costs GO-ZILLION dollars a month, tax cuts for the wealthiest people in the world, big corporations and aid so our farmers could grow more corn - throwing the world food market out of balance. Bush and the republican party will go down in history as the worst administration EVER!

Isn't it about time for the Rush Limbas of the world to start blaming Obamma for not cleaning up this mess fast enough? If it is even possible?

  • Not one time did Wise Olde Uncle Fred mention that his party was in power during the last 8 years.... and HIS party was the one in such a big hurry to give this $700+ TRILLION bail out to wall street.Doesn't anybody remember the SURPLUS that Clinton handed President Bush. Where the heck did that go? ahhhh yes-Bush's complete Incompetence-getting us into a war that costs GO-ZILLION $ a month, tax cuts for the wealthiest people, big corporation, and aid so our farmers could grow more corn.

  • Since 1980, the government has been dominated by Republicans and under Clinton, Republican "Lite" (Clinton was NO liberal).

So now that the other shoe has finally dropped, all the rich white dudes want to sit there, puffing on their penile prostheses, blaming *Democrats* for this mess?

Our infrastructure is crumbling along with our economy and this has been a generation in the making. Thanks Ray-Gun, Bush I, Clinton and Bush II. As for Obama? Likely more of the same, but time will tell.

  • This is socialism at its' core. We pretend to work, they pretend to pay us. Fred Thompson is telling it like it is.

  • Hey, genius:

If it weren't for "socialized" roads, where would you be driving your 4-wheel-drive Manhood Compensator... er, SUV?

If it weren't for "socialized" schools and universities, how much closer to third-world status would this country be at this point?

If it weren't for "socialism" running rampant in so many other parts of the world, maybe we actually WOULD be #1 - as opposed to say, #17 or #43 or #85 - among nations in statistics which matter.

    Damn that horrible "socialism"... NOT!

  • If there weren't socialized roads, the oil companies would be building them because their product cannot be used without road.

If it weren't for socialized universities, the cost of schools would decrease and more people could attend.

  • [*Citations needed]

  • Brilliant!

  • wow. this is just like carl marx's function of society by consumption and labor. of course this would work, this is how it works.

  • All of you bleeding heart naive ignorant liberals that continue bashing President Bush and blame him for this mess, I have three words for you.....

    Community Reinvestment Act

Educate yourself a little . Look it up.

  • I love this video!!!

  • Perhaps the intended lesson is buy appropiate to what you value, honestly sell what is valued to the buyer, let everyone know what the liability is and work within your budget.

  • Too bad Fred Thompson listened too much to his "advisors" during the election, and not to himself.

And to all the people incessantly saying Ron Paul was on top of this before anyone else in Congress... YOU ARE RIGHT!

  • These two need to share a ticket.

  • Hilarious, but, Fred is a Rethuglican, just like Bush. It's the free market that failed. The solution is to take money from the rich to pay down some of the debt, and afford the spending increases.

  • This entire mess was caused by government backed loans.

  • Watching the GOP propaganda again?

It's the multi-bubble economy that's collapsing. That was caused by rising profits that concentrated wealth in fewer hands.

  • The Free market didn't fail.

You have no understanding of economics whatsoever.

  • Satirical, on target and brilliant to boot. Fiscal conservatives (I count myself in their ranks) were NOT represented by either party in the last election. BOTH parties are to blame for the mess, as well as the ADD challenged American electorate. Hold on to your assets and prepare for the worst: the Inflation Monster is definitely coming. This will make the fiscally miserable years of the Carter administration look like a child's game. Precious metals seem like a good thing to me right now.

  • Very good video but....

No one sugested drop money with aeroplane.

It was HELICOPTER!!! (This is why Ben Bernakes "nickname" is Helicopter Ben.)

btw imho the bigest problem was and the problem is the unregulated financial system. (Who gave 300K to people with 20K/year income....? Who sad CDOs are AAA.... )

  • Thanks Fred! Someone needed to say it!

  • Ron Paul said it 6 months ago.

  • Ok..so we should stop saying it because Ron Paul said it 6 months ago?? It needs to be said over and over until it is heard.. Weird that you would put a negative mark on me because I support what Ron Paul says.. that seems very divisive. Who cares who said it first... it needed to be said..

  • what are you talking about! negative mark! I never said paul said it first. I wasn't claiming he did! Your using a strawman argument for some reason. Thomson disagreed with what Paul said 6 months ago. It's a bit late him saying it now.

    /watch?v=gfXTzhPyqsY

  • I didn't say Ron Paul said it first. I said who cares who said it first, it needed to be said. It isn't too late to be saying it now. We need more to say it! There is always time for the truth. You are arguing with the wrong person. You want a fight and we have no disagreement. You don't like Fred changing his mind and realizing the truth.. I'll take the truth wherever I can get it. Ron Paul, Fred Thompson, whoever. We should celebrate that more truth is getting out. From whatever source.

  • Fred Dog.... was wondering when you'd start talking out the other side of your mouth...

Fred, you've conducted yourself through the primaries in such a way that now you are just another cheap chewing gum, has been politician.

  • complain the whole way.

  • getting rid of you and starting brand new. We are also shipping everything overseas to be made then shipped back (democrats again) and that is hurting our economy and that is what should be fixed before we bailout everyone and their sister. Those that want to work will survive this downfall ( I call it a step back to reality, its really getting ready for an Obama presidency, we have had some of the best economic years during Bush) will make it and the lazy wont and rest assured they will -->

  • people making 20k a year was buying 300k houses. People are sitting on their butt and expecting a handout more causing more expense by the government (welfare (promoted by democrats))the big three wants a bailout which is stpid, they dug themselves in that mess and it is all over a decrease of about 8 bucks an hour.. Hello union workers? Have 25 bucks an hour or no job whatsoever? There are alot of people that would fight for even a 20 dollar an hour job and the big three are stupid for not--->

  • The problem was also households making $70k getting loans to buy $500k houses. Most pay option ARMs went to the middle class.

  • I am so tired of hearing "recession" or depression or "bad economy". I havent seen it yet. The lines at o'charley, cheesecake factory, shopping malls, walmart, anywhere you go the places are packed like never before and people are carrying just as much as they were last year and the ten years before that if not more. The only point of "recession" is people digging themselves into their own debt and their own problems. Lending out the butt (started by Clinton" caused the boom in housing and-->

  • "I am so tired of hearing "recession" or depression or "bad economy". I havent seen it yet."

USA is alredy in recession even if you dont feel it.

And u will see it too. Hopefully it will be only another 4-5 quater recession but maybe the whole USA economy will colapse in 2009-2010.

    Say Thank you for MR.Bush!

  • why cant i see the video

    just moved new area rx

  • Interesting video from CFR Fred. I do notice that he puts all of the blame on government (don't get me wrong - they deserve plenty) and avoids any mention of the Federal Reserve, which is run by his lords and masters at the Council on Foreign Relations. Fred is wise enough not to cross them. He is right in this respect - government and consumers should spend less. Of course, he is late to the party - Ron Paul's been saying this for decades.

  • Fred Thompson in 2007: "I think there is no reason to believe that were headed for a recession. ... I see no reason to believe were headed for — (pause) — for economic downturn. ... I think if you look at the short term, its rosy. I think if you look at a 10-year projection, its rosy."

Who really called it and was right?

    watch?v=8PIEGK0IbA4&fmt=18

    watch?v=2I0QN-FYkpw

Quick, someone start hurling insults to distract people from the facts.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Invited..

  • This guy is a complete piece of shit. Where were these revelations during the primaries? I remember him chuckling at Ron Paul with the other dickheads like Romney, McCain and Giuliani. Sell your bullshit somewhere else.

  • Sorry, I just can not listen to Fred do his best at reciting his grasp of the Cliff Notes version of Ron Paul's teachings on Austrian economics and the free market. Long winded, slow talking Fred just doesn't cut the mustard.

  • I suggest you can go back to sleep. Sweet dreams.

  • Of course this one was meant for usmcvet66

  • Do not confuse the message with the messenger . . .

  • Brilliant and logic. He sounds like Ron Paul.

  • Glad Fred Thompson went to the Ron Paul school of economics. Think he's got it now!

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

    i love this guy!

  • Ok guys help me understand something. How does lending more money gonna cause price inflation?

  • Say there were 100 dollars in all of the United States to purchase all goods and services. Some people would literally have Zero dollars.

Therefore, a Penny would even be worth a lot of money.

You could probably buy a home for a penny if there were only 100 dollars in all the U.S.

Then as more money enters the system, it devalues the money already there because everyone can obtain it.

    Get it?

  • because the more money that is in the system the more money there is to collect.. thereby causing higher prices

  • Watch "Money as Debt" on YouTube or Google video.

  • Money IS created when banks lend money. For example, if you go and get a mortgage, the bank simply creates the money out of thin air based on your promise to pay back the loan. More loans, more money (aka inflation). More money, higher prices. Highly recommend watching "Money as Debt" here on youtube.

  • china and japan stopped lending us money already.

now we are printing our way to prosperity

  • "Bless their hearts they have no idea what's in store...but of course that's their problem" Hilarious and at the same time, scary true.

  • Fred thompson was saying this all along but nobody wanted to hear what he was saying because they listened to the media that he got in too late..THats bull.. THompson was the only conservative choice. Ron Paul is a liberal sissy in disguise..he thinks if we hidew under a rock our problems will go away..I pray we have Fred, Bill Frist,And Palin as choices in 2012..Surely 1 of them will make it and any of those are great choices. Thanks Fred..always good to hear from you...Fred 2012!!!!

  • Lets favorite this and give it a high rating. Email it and post it on different web pages. Maybe our government will see that we're not all idiots. "let's pay off all these credit cards with one giant $700,000,000,000 one. Oh, and when THAT doesn't work, we'll just print more money" - Brilliant.

_Still think Obama was the best choice though. McCain didn't know the economy.

  • at 1:15-1:16, he says "while" like stewie in family guy

    lol

  • Haha...thanks for saying what I am thinking. Let's spend our way out of poverty!!

  • stole all this from Ron Paul and Austrian Economics

  • as opposed to?

  • Great satire Mr.Thompson.

  • Ron Paul / Fred Thompson

  • Cut out the middle man and don't collect the tax in the first place.

  • Hey, wow. Did Fred Thompson finally listen to his libertarian brother? He has always been clueless prior to this. Check out the Reason Magazine article on Fred Thompson. Google: Fred Thompson Reason

  • No, you were just dumb enough to think he was clueless. Other than you waking up, nothing has changed.

  • This is a pretty good example of schadenfreude (SHAW-den-froy-duh)... Taking malicious satisfaction in another person's troubles ...and an example also of appealing to others who embrace schadenfreude.

Must be the reason I didn't vote for him and will never vote for anyone like him.

  • It would be funny if it weren't from a man trying to pass himself off as a conservative.

  • Fred Thompson is a lying fake acting come-lately. Ron Paul TOLD Fred this and Fred just made fun of Ron. Fred is just saying this now for attention. Too late.. PROOF

  • Search Youtube for "Ron Paul Teaches Fred Thompson How To Be President"

  • Why didn't Fred talk about this when he was running for President? Only Ron Paul was speaking the truth.

  • He talked about tapping our own oil here, waaaay before those others jumped on the bandwagon. Thing is, you people are so close-minded that you don't notice. You're too busy spamming vid and accounts "Ron Paul 08!"

  • Why all this talk about money. It's gonna be about food folks. When those trucks stop running the shelves will be bare and where are you gona buy it? We raise our own food now, have goats, milk products our own meat and smoke house, vegitables are put up as well as the grain with hay in the barn. I learned what the great depression was like from my grandfather. And bye the way don't come to the country looking for food. We will be ready to greet you to send you back.

  • It is about food, fuel, shelter, health. Don't blame the average person for this. Both sides of my family German and Italian were in food distribution in the city of New York and outside. I know that you meant that you would point a gun at people. If that is what you have to do....do it. Let's hope it does not get to that point. I tell people to stock up on gold..a timeless medium of exchange. We're all done for anyway.

  • God, you people think Ron Paul is the only guy who has a clue.

  • Hey! jpeak - Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Everything he said is right on the money. He just said it tongue & cheek. Both houses are spending us into oblivion. The peso will be worth more than the dollar before too long and there is nothing Obama can do to fix it - his policies will only make it come on quicker.

  • Community Re-investment Act, Community Re-investment Act, Community Re-investment Act, Community Re-investment Act. Big Teeth added 1999 BTW.

  • Um, is he being facetious?

  • umm, yes.

  • Run Fred Run! PLEASE!

  • 100% right on Mr. Fred. Keep on telling it like it is brother.

  • Right on the money... punt intended!

  • He's making the same mistake that most other politicians are making, and ignoring the role of the Fed in this disaster.

    -jcr

  • Funny clip!

@ NSResponder: Coulda' sworn the WHOLE THING was about the Fed. They were named several times as causing this mess.

  • Wasnt Fred an ACTOR!!! :o) I'm not falling for his act, he's reading cue cards.

  • Did Ron Paul visit Fred?

  • Fred, I am impressed you are on YouTube.

  • Gee Fred, it sure would have been nice if you had stood up for these ideas when you were a senator. Hypocrite.

  • ...too funny. i just realised that all we need is an older white dude - preferrably a rich guy with connections to big business - to run the government! how could that not work?

  • Scumbag.

  • Awesome!!

  • lol!! Good ol' Fred! He somethin' isn't he?

  • Fred, you're still a lowlife no matter how much you try to sound like a libertarian.

  • wow sounded just like Ron Paul here....maybe if would of talked like this during the primaries.

  • Funny - that's exactly what I was thinking.

  • Let me ask you, what was the first act of Congress ever passed?

  • No, you answer my question.

  • Libertarians are for Free Trade, a concept that is in direct contradiction to our Constitution.

Read Article I Section 8: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, ... To regulate commerce with foreign nations....

Sound like "Free Trade" to you?

  • Oh Steve...

Let me ask you a question...with the exception of Tariffs, before the 16th Amendment, how do you expect the government to fund itself.

    I'll wait...

  • Actually most of the founders were free traders. They put this in mostly for warfare or punitive sanctions against other nations.

  • I find Libertairians to be quite ignorant of U.S. trade history and the reason for the creation of the 1789 Constitution.

    Steve

  • You care to finish your argument with examples?

  • "Yeah, Business Week was citing household income which misrepresents individual income because household size has changed since 1975 by demographics and age."

Data on average weekly earnings are collected from the payroll reports of private nonfarm establishments. Earnings of both full-time and part-time workers holding production or nonsupervisory jobs are included. Real average

weekly earnings are calculated by adjusting earnings in current dollars for changes in the CPI-W.

  • Well, whatever they claim to have based it on....it has been increasing steadily since 1975 according to the Census data, Alan Reynold "Income and Wealth," and Thomas Sowell's Economic Facts and Fallacies.

  • Advocate1234 Quote:

"1) You don't always need to borrow, sometimes you get investors for business;"

There is only one way this economy expands - it expands the money supply.

The only way the money supply expands is by LOANING more money into circulation.

    Advocate1234 Quote:

"2) I'm glad you watched the movie Zeigeist, but that original interest is never going to be paid off."

I'm 47 and knew bout the Federal Reserve at least 15 years ago.

    Steve

  • If I cut down tree and build a house, where is the increase in money supply?!

    2) Great, but as much as I'm with you on the Fed, your argument against Fred is just nonsensical.

  • Advocate1234 Quote:

"Real individual wages have increased since 1975. So nothing you said is true."

    BusinessWeek Aug. 16

"Despite todays cheerier inflation number, real wages are still falling. The BLS reports that real hourly earnings are down by about a half percentage point since February."

    Care to discuss that?

    Steve

  • Yeah, Business Week was citing household income which misrepresents individual income because household size has changed since 1975 by demographics and age.

  • Advocate1234 Quote:

"If I build a house (growing the economy), new labor is required to maintain it and that analogy is the same for every party of the economy."

First, if you "build" a house, do you borrow to build it?

If you do, you just added to the debt level of the nation. The bank creates the money out of thin air and then loans it to you and then you spend it into circulation.

You must pay the amount back with interest - thus another paradox.

    The interest doesn't exist yet.

  • 1) You don't always need to borrow, sometimes you get investors for business;

    2) I'm glad you watched the movie Zeigeist, but that original interest is never going to be paid off.

Either way, people need to create wealth before they can run up their debt, or declare bankruptcy to clean out the system.

  • Advocate124 Quote:

    "You ignored growth and wealth."

    Did I?

    Let's start with "growth".

As our economy "grows" it does not effect the labor output/income ratio. In fact, labor productivity has increased but labor wages have stagnated and in some cases fallen, thus accelerating the rate at which labor must borrow to consume its own output. Mr. Fred Thompson has no explanation as to how this nation's producers are to "save" their way out of a depression.

    Seve

  • Yes it does. If I build a house (growing the economy), new labor is required to maintain it and that analogy is the same for every party of the economy.

If you create a business, it requires a new workforce.

Real individual wages have increased since 1975. So nothing you said is true.

  • It's great the Thompson gets it now, but he is two-faced. Thompson derided Ron Paul a year ago during the Republican primary debates for mentioning the insanity if inflating by printing money: See youtube(dot)com(slash)watch?v=FZWt897p7t

  • No he didn't...Fred differed on Inflation creating the problem with our healthcare system.

  • Where was Fred Thompson in his campaign mentioning the folly of printing money and the ensuing inflation? That was when he had the best chance to talk about it. But he didn't.

Thompson sardonically questioned inflation's effect on health care during a moment of posturing, but he did it because Ron Paul was talking about printing money and was getting flak from the other idiots on stage.

  • As a Libertarian who would have voted for Thompson if he was still in the race when he got to my state, I'm convinced that Paul supporters are just a small cult of people who have no clue what Paul or the other candidates actually stood for when they ran.

  • Wow, you make a compelling argument... Oh wait a minute, you don't.

Sure you recycled that hackneyed spirit of derision, that you're so fond of. But you have taken the low rode by playing the "cult" card. A true libertarian would respect people as individuals. But you have just mindlessly marginalized every Ron Paul supporter. Congratulations!

  • The fact of the matter is that if you look through the comments on this thread, there are hundreds of people who think that Thompson is stealing ideas from Paul, as if Mises, Hayak, Bastiat, Burke and Friedman never existed.

It is nothing but a cult to Paul. The fact of the matter is that Thompson's economic policies were identical to Paul's with the exception of Military policy and likely the Fed.

  • "Military Policy and The Fed"? Aren't Those 2 Tremendous Differences b/w Thompson and Ron Paul?
