OK... The bucket.... I reckon the duck is under a false bottom inside, which is opened by the opening of one side of the lid (Notice how he opens the OTHER side of the lid to reveal the duck??) As for the ducks disappearance, he stays inside the lid (Notice the way he lifts the lid off the box so you don't see how deep it is...) And the transformation...... Notice the mirror underneath the table that snaps up as the sides of the box drop?? Not easy to spot, but it's there!!

I know magicians have their versions OR interpretations of tricks and every magicians should have their own version of that trick, not copying another's magician version of the trick ... Do you know the trick where magicians make dove "appear" from thin air, very popular among magicians right. Youtube "Lance burton dove act" and "Lance Burton copycat" and tell me if that is fair ... it's the same thing we are seeing here

@pridekeeper  That is where you are wrong. The Duck does not go into the table. It's nice to see that the actual how of this is hidden in plain sight and those that aren't magicians have no idea. Besides if he was killing ducks every time he did this you wouldn't be seeing him at all.

The girl is in the bigger part of the box. Look at the top lid he is arranging at the end at Craigs table. You see that the inner "line" isn't in the center, its a little to the left. So the duck is in the left compartment, which went down into the box while the girl is thin (and flexible ;) enough to be in the larger compartment. Quite neat.

@VSrdjanV Well that trick is so evident it's ridiculous (you can actually see the mirror). I bet Craig noticed it as well when he put his hand inside. This guy just isn't that impressive compared to some really excellent magicians I've seen..

The first duck is in the "container" with the lid he removes from the box. Look at the top of the cage. It perfectly fits at 1:53, and he never shows how thick the "container" is, he just shows the top.

The second duck is in the thick table. Look how the duck behaves. It goes to the end of the box and lays down, waiting for the swap mechanism to work. In a fraction of a second you see it working at 3:03.

There may have been an LCD screen on the front of the box at the end ... the image seemed a little out of sync with the hands ... as for the duck in the bucket ... no idea. Logically, there was a duck in there already ... somehow.

@illuminaryOne i think you see that there is a mirror in the bucket making it half, so one half he shows us the other contains the duck. Actually being on tv must be pretty risky for magicians when you can watch everything again and again.

If you replay 3:03 a lot and watch carefully you can see how the trick is done... but If you do that the magic is gone, so DON'T do it, I will regret that I did it for the rest of my life =(

@Anielkar82 If you don't mind, could you explain it to me? I watched that part over and over, and the best theory I've got is some sort of screen showing the duck in another part of the box (or maybe a generic video of the duck from another time, and the guy just matches his hand movements each time he does the trick), and the screen collapses as the box is opened to reveal the woman who was crammed in there. Personally, I want the magic to be gone! I hate not knowing how something is done. :)

@TanzenTanzen **Spoiler Alert!** If you watch closely at 3:03 you can see that the box is separated in two halves and the chick is hidden in the back of it by a screener that falls down and push the duck down into an secret compartment below that opens when the girl "appears" you can confirm this by watching her knee getting into position after "appearing" to show as if she was in the center of the box when appearing. try and pause at the exact time to see both the duck and the girl!

@TanzenTanzen Also at 3:16 you can take a rather good look at the lid of the box that he took (the one he puts next to the chairs) and see perfectly how the box is divided, as the lid shows a pretty distinctive line near the center.

3) Girl: i just think the trick box is bigger than it appears, just look at 3:14 as she wheels it away, the width of the box is greater than her hips, i'm sure she can fit (Should check Guiness Book Records to see how flexible a human can be inside a lil' box) Duck is pushed into the floor of the platform as he opens it.

okay, i think i got this figured out.

1) Bucket.: there are two doors to two compartments, he opens the empty one and inside is a diagmonal mirror that reflects the empty half and isn't felt by Craig. When he hands it to craig, he 'turns' the bucket 180. Later when he opens, he opens the one with the duck.

2) Bob: The hefty "lid" is a separate compartment which he squeezes Bob into and tosses it aside, shows the fake duck head, he sleeves the toy head, then reveals dog.
