Yes! This looks like Jardines In Kansas city. I think the sign in the back and the doorway gives it away. Where ever it is. Its an excellent representation of Kansas City Jazz or anywhere else.

This isn't in downtown. Jardines is on the Plaza in Kansas City Missouri.
