Why are all these comments so negative? Sure, there might be some elements from previous Zelda titles thrown in there but this installment is just taking everything good about those games and adding its own unique twists. Point is, this is going to be one hell of a game and I can't wait to get my hands on it. :D

@MrOrthopedia Midi is more dynamic/flexible to work with, but then I never heard of them abandoning midi anyway , so meh

@waltermh111 Zelda needs to be reinvented. Maybe go for something isolationist like Metroid Prime or SOTC. I don't know. I'm just sick of the same elements jumbled and repackaged.

This is Twilight Princess which was Wind Waker which was OOT.

The new Animal Crossing is N64's animal crossing.

Mario Kart 7 is Mario Kart 64 with hang gliders.

I just want something new from Nintendo. The last truly satisfying new game was what? Metroid Prime?

Well to be fair, they do try to switch up their games. Epic Yarn plays nothing like the usual Kirby games. Other M was... well pretty damn different from the Prime games for very mixed results...
