Its the same as whats happening with electric cars , they are trying to force all manufacturers to lease them instead of selling them and to make the people go to recharging stations instead of using their home power (solar may be) to recharge them...the more people are using alternative sources of energy ...the more the elite is loosing control.....
I knew this about Denver from another youtuber who lived there (and who since has disappeared from YT). I didn't know it was a state "thing" -- just thought it was a quirky, stupid city ordinance or something. Personally, I wouldn't follow such a law if I lived there and had city water. I'd find a way to covertly do what I wanted. My husband saw a saying he wants on a bumper sticker: "The more you act like a tyranist, the more of an anarchist I become."

This reminds me of Ghandi when indian people weren't allowed to collect salt and he went against the "rules" and said "if the earth gives it for free then we shall use it as we need it". Kinda funny. We are not under the Constituition! we are not the Constitutors as they are called. But we sign there stupid 1040 tax returns (that are illegal) in the little box starting out w/ our little c lower case name(which is a freeman) to a Big C which is a debt slave to the CORPORATION of American. Rain water does not belong to the government, in fact it belongs to every living thing on the planet.
I'm a Canadian and if the Canadian government does try this illegal act and say that we are not allowed to do this I will say to the government:
"FUCK YOU TYRANTS, THE WATER DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU. IT BELONGS TO EVERY LIVING BEING ON THE PLANET AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO DO THIS."
