Mind blowing that anyone could have devised such a puzzle. I tried for ages to solve this .The lack of internal symmetry is what gets you .One of the few I've never solved myself.

I got this as a Christmas present 3 years ago, I used the instructions to put it together and it stay that way, I would tell my friends constantly not to touch it. one day I found all 6 pieces apart on the floor and so upset because I threw away the instructions.
