If it is male the fat around its neck (also known as the dewlap) is OK sometimes in big males. If its female, you need to fix the diet. Here is a healthy one:
Unlimited Hay
Oxbow Bunny Basics/T pellets. (1/4 cup in the morn, 1/4 cup at night.)
Daily helpings to a cup of ROMAIN (stressing the Romain part, Iceburg is bad for them) lettus, WITHOUT pesticides.
Other OCCASIONAL things, like carrot tops, or other fresh veges safe for rabbits. (google a list online)
