It's not patronising, it's me saying that he is singing like a woman, thus immitating a woman, as the Salaf (Early Muslims) said that it's an immitation of the women to sing, so Im saying just as they are saying and you should follow them and love them more than your own soul.

Actually, this is an error according to al-Albaanee, everyone should have the same tone because the tone is explained in the Qur'an and sunnah, these new turkish adhans are just another innovation.
