He would divert. For boeing 15 kts is maximum crosswind strenght. So anything more than that means divert unless there is no other choice. For Airbus a320 it is probably very similar. 30 kts is too much anyway, even if there is higher limit.
Yes 30 knots is very much, but i think 15 knots isn´t maximum for all boeings? Because in many videos seems crosswind is very hard, but planes still land...
Yeah you should really line the nose up with the runway during the flair and then put the wing into the wind and land touchdown on one main wheel!

15 kts is for all 737ng as far as i remember, for the rest of boeings it's different.
