Yes, he is Dhumal. Unfortunately, he is no more. As are the others you see in the clip - Madhu, Ashok Kumar, KN Singh - and the music director, OP Nayyar. Very sad but only to be expected due the elapsed time - 51 years - since release of the film. But hold it - one person connected with the film and this song is still with us - Asha Bhosle - God bless!
