Totalitarian control would classify everything as a threat to state security.
I believe the lower-level class workers/ clerks have inside knowledge to secrets at all levels of society; this becomes a real problem for order when computers and access to the internet is available to all citizens. Labeling a person or organization as " bad citizenship" is vilification and anti-freedom measures against the principles which were established by the US Constitution to safeguard the rights of the individual against organized measures of control by the upper ruling few.
I don't know why Wikileaks is such a big deal. They haven't leaked anything that is all that important. What they have leaked is similar to gossip around the office. I just don't get it.

If certain administrations hadn't used security, as some still do, to hide corruption, then they would still have a placid public who approved of all they did. You know if this guy did this during the Bush Administration you and many like you would probably want him executed for violating "National Security!
