  • This guy is the epitomy of anti-historical precedents, his actions are the next step to fascist book burning. The obligation of credible, legitimate news organizations is to report WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPPENED, JOE., and NOT rewrite history (make shit up). Their job is to tell us when you are LYING and HIDING THE TRUTH. Lying and hiding the truth are then left up to politicians and Fox News.

  • @azmildman and msnbc and cnn

  • Lieberman is a sad representation of a man. Just a professional BS artist in a bad suit. He could care less about 99% of Americans, he cares about the 1% super rich. What is he hiding. Someone like him must a a batch of skeletons in the closet! Why else would you want to close the mouth of free speech. Joe Lieberman is a danger to American Democracy and Free Speech. He's just another Joseph McCarthy! Remember that distructive and dangerous joke of a man?

  • It's time for all people to reform their habits and ways to meet the opportunities of freedom for all in a New Age. Secrets build power hierarchies, and these are the forces that de-stabilize democratic republic reform movements. Let's take a closer look at the criteria for the label "classified material". Totalitarian control would classify everything as a threat to state security.

  • I believe the lower-level class workers/ clerks have inside knowledge to secrets at all levels of society; this becomes a real problem for order when computers and access to the internet is available to all citizens. Labeling a person or organization as " bad citizenship" is vilification and anti-freedom measures against the principles which were established by the US Constitution to safeguard the rights of the individual against organized measures of control by the upper ruling few.

  • I don't know why Wikileaks is such a big deal. They haven't leaked anything that is all that important. What they have leaked is similar to gossip around the office. I just don't get it.

  • @checkers1245

I think the office gossip is a fearful concept to many whose life is built on pretense and public persona.

  • @carefulcarpenter

True, but I still don't see the importance of WikiLeaks. None of the stuff they have leaked hasn't done any harm. It really is much to do about nothing.

  • @checkers1245

It is symbolic. We are in the New Age. Power hierarchies depend on secrets and the manipulation/control of knowledge. The New World will be a change not easy for people who have established themselves within the old hierarchy.

TRUTH is the new revolution. People can be free now. Well, those who spend the effort to develop their skills of discernment. The 'LIE' has been a tool of the controllers.

  • It's too late for Lieberman and the state. We're winning.

  • telling the truth of america and it's bad deals is wrong? this man should get a medal!

  • There can be no "balancing" of free press. Any attempted to do so is not free press. Watch for doublethink statements.

  • They will control the internet ,that is what this is all about. The whole thing was planed. Just like the under ware bomber and all the others they create to take away American freedom. TSA scanners will be at sports events next and you will pay for it. Bis Sis will watch your every move.

  • So much for Freedom of the Press.

  • @themusicmakernyc Here's the ploy... think about it. How did we find out about the wikileaks... the media. What is one of the main issues, regardless of how uneducated, americans believe is one of their rights... free speech. So it's a false flag; they drawing your support for assange, to give him credibility. So, what will happen next... he's says if anything happens he will release the "key" to encrypted docs... whatever they say... that will be the trick! It's a set-up.

  • nooooo. do you understand the concept of classified information.

  • @cadetljr4 When the Freedom of Information act was passed, that was the day all cloak and dagger was stopped. If certain administrations hadn't used security, as some still do, to hide corruption, then they would still have a placid public who approved of all they did. We no longer subscribe to the belief that our government does no wrong and so we now know it is OUR job to keep it in check. What part of that don't you understand? This isn't the fifties.

  • i agree with you are you kidding. i dont think that anyone with common sense ever though that the govt was perfect. do you think that there is any information that should be classified?

  • I was threatened recently for simply saying I thought wikileaks was a good thing...

I feel like this is somekind of witch-hunt or communist-hunt for the present times.

  • In the end there Darth Lieberman... says that there surely will be a next case. Now, this has me thinking that he and others have knowledge that there are more incriminating and other dangerous, in whatever context, information that they KNOW that has escaped.

So these attempts to control the media with insinuated threats is out to make examples of whomever reports it. Going after Amazon was easy, but the press, thats a tough one to crack.

  • In the Mayan Calendar on November 3, 2010, was the Dawn of the 7th day of the Galactic Underworld. We entered a one year period that Ego driven, aggressive dominance will begin to crumble and fall, as we move closer toward unified consciousness guided by our hearts and intuition.

This is just a drop in the bucket of devious misdoings that will be revealed.

Why do and say things that we cannot take responsibility for? Those in Government should be setting a good example for people to follow.

  • Did anybody else see this on the front page with the name cut off so it read "Sen. Lieberman on WikiLeaks' Ass"?

  • FUCK Lieberman

  • If Lieberman had his say this would be a totalitarian monarchy

We have the right to know, the government has no right to stop that.

  • Dear Julian Assange is a world hero of epic proportions and so is the dear soldier of peace who released the files. Sen Lieberman has come to represent the military industrial complex profiting off these illegal wars of aggression.

  • @OnenessNow Isn't betraying your country by releasing classified material treason?!

Julian and Ethal Rosenberg where executed in the 1950's with less proof of leaking information and this guy is seen as some sort of hero for being a "traitor" to his country by conservatives just because they do not like Obama. You know if this guy did this during the Bush Administration you and many like you would probably want him executed for violating "National Security!

  • @sketchyinc uh hes not american, can't be charged for treason,

  • @Kaaotikock

They could declare him an enemy combatant.

Guilty of banned citizenship? CNN toadies.

I think if he dropped real hardcore info, he'd be dead. That is what usually happens.

  • See Gary Webb

  • @sketchyinc have you read the wikileaks? at what point does "treason" become heroism. it's not about calling out and there for making the bush administration or the obama administration look bad, it's about exposing our (and most others') corrupt society built on power abuse empowered by secrecy.

secrecy is a detriment to the masses.
