Thanks for reminding me of this method. I read it one of your books. I never thought to use it this way for this trait. Will come in handy Monday when I go to court I'll let you know how I got on.
@flower1921 Thanks for reply :) it is good that you have got some understanding from this.For me I understand there is no need to feel intimidated by any-one. If I feel intimidated as a reaction I ask myself why we both feel inferior. an let the other know that they hold no dictatorship and if good info is being distorted then maybe we should continue our conversation when we have learnt that our diversity is truly beautiful. :)
@MrDavidmacarthur I have done some training with John and with a few of his trainers. What I find is that we may know in our minds/heads that there is no need to be intimidated. But even with that knowing we find ourselves feeling intimidated anyway then something deeper is at play. Something else is being triggered. This method helps take it from our head and thinking it through, to really owning it in our heart. It can take hours to get to that point sometimes but worth the journey!
