You have to make sure your bed isn't placed to a 1 block wide wall, on which the other side is an unsafe place. (not lighted and stuff) So just put it one more block away from the wall. ^^

@FlentOrbix1138 Beds are made to have a chance of spawning a monster next to you if you aren't in a safe enough area. Light the area around your bed very well and move it away from any walls that are between you and the outside world. This keeps monsters from getting close enough to you through walls and prevents them from teleporting from the outside of your base to the inside, next to you as you sleep.

To control your pig use your fishing rod while riding your saddle by attaching it to something then pull in and you can control him in that direction :)
