Are any cable leads touching each other? that can prevent the motor from rotating freely (yes, even when unplugged).
Anyway, it's good to finally find some comments about Wantai motors, as I almost ordered from them but finally decided not to.
I can recommend you Probotix (great motors and customer service). I recently purchased 4 motors from Alltronics, but haven't tested them yet so I can't really say if I can recommend them or not, but at least they sent them very fast and well packed.

you are Right dear I perched motor for wantai motor and cnc kit by ebay and my driver board is not work and he is not a any solution
