at least put some toothpaste on the cotton... the pumice helps to remove the plaque so best if you use a toothpaste/pumice combination....

yes, the cotton works just as well as the toothbrush, especially if you use the pumice as shown

I use Petrodex, personally. My dogs love the poultry flavor. I also have DentaClean mint pet toothpaste, but I think I appreciate the mint more than the dogs do, lol.
