@spycarcam I saw people going through red lights, and for the most part, it did not put anybody in danger. They use common sense and don't think like robots, so maybe we could learn from them. If the light is red and the "coast is clear", what's the problem? I live in California and we turn right on red lights, no problem caused and better flow of traffic. Because someone thinks differently than you does not make them "stupid", but it makes you a prick for thinking so, that's for sure.
@jblackrupert you have no brains an must live in the privalaged world. To think all people would be living were your think people should live. Give some thought to realality and not personal privalage. Ya my spelling sucks.
I have gotten a traffic ticket driving in Tianjin China. I was going straight in a right turn lane that damn ticket cost me 100yuan/$15 and 3 driving points.. 他妈的。。I got that damn ticket 1 week before Sping Festival. Before that there were never any traffic cops giving tickets. Now in Tianjin they are starting to install camera's at every damn intersection, some intersections they have 4-20 traffic cops bagging ppl giving them fines, from $15-30USD/ 100-200RMB
I'm an American living and driving in China. I have been driving here for over a half year and I have seen more accidents than I can remember. The biggest problem is the ppl who drive electric motorcycles, taxi drivers, bus drivers and truck drivers. They drive like they own the road and anyone who gets in their way becomes a victim. They fly through red lights, drive in biclycle lanes and drive the wrong way! They have no respect for other drivers and people.
That's because they all just got driver licenses in the past few years. They say China is the most dangerous place to drive, highest fatality rate by a long way, all due to inexperience. Darwin will eventually fix this.

So?
15 year olds in North America don't drive this badly.
They just got their driver's licenses, too.
