can i just say something? there were 13 districts, but there ends up being 12 because after district 13 revolted against the capitol/panem, 13 was a-bombed. to me, gale doesn't look good-looking, nor does peeta and was rue dark skinned in the books?

sources: i finished book one yesterday (took me 2 days) and reading the 2nd right now :)

Rue and Thresh have dark brown skin.

Katniss is suppossed to have dark brown, almost black hair.
