This is a fantastic run down of Survival Horror villains, most of these list's are extremely repetitive with all of the same characters to the point it's predictable, but your's is different in that it has true (maybe forgotten) horror villain's along with a handful of underestimated gems. I'm also a massive fan of Haunting Ground so I was very happy to see someone appreciate it as much as I do :)

Resident Evil 3's Nemesis is an excellent mention. Try the Dreamcast or PS3 versions of the game. Most of the time you absolutely have to run from him or he'll tear you apart.

@gametime798 the game in my opinion just wasn't consistent enough and everything that happened was just repeated over and over again, combat grew boring, and none of the characters were really that interesting except for the raincoat killer but only as that, once they introduce the "back story" to him he lost what made him mysterious and cool in the first place
