That's one big beautiful savannah monitor, but he is seriously way too fat, you need to cut down on his diet a bit after all these are mainly insectovorious lizards, pretty rare for a monitor, but that can keep him happy and healthy his whole life.
Ground turkey and insects are great for Savs but you really need to cut back on the eggs. Your guy is lookin a little on hefty side, you don't want him to die early due to fatty liver disease. Try adding some whole shellfish to his diet (crawlfish, whole shrimp, etc...).

Your monitor is a beauty. He/she enjoyed that treat! My frog ate it chick and had the same satisfaction.
