@spuzzfut - the time difference between each frame is a couple hours, so it's speeded up quite a bit. Those bright bits are not the sunspots themselves, but they correspond to where the sunspots are -- it's plasma caught in the magnetic field lines of the sun, which are tightly packed together at the location of sunspots.
