  • Good cover though i'm used to the original beat and this one is not the same. Also in the solo, there is this snare roll that he continiously plays and it starts to annoy after a while. But good playing.

  • Great stuff, nailed that groove.

Shame you didn't SHRED the solo section at the end. You've really gotta build it up so the end is really definite. Lacked purpose at times in the solo.

Nonetheless, that groove was sweet, nice one!

  • Hey man, nice work. I really like the 6 feel you use for the first part of the solo section, "D" section in his book, awesome!! Then breaking into the second part with the regular feel, very nice.

  • very impressive playing.

send more congrats to your student

  • great

  • It's on for some Big B Little B tonight.

  • Martin are you a drummer teacher, yes?

    Martin.

  • Wow! So cool. I loved that this kid took on the challenge of Sting/Vinnie's 'Seven Days' with it's difficult timing. He has progressed extraordinarily in just a year.

Is there any possibility of granting a request for him to do an updated version of Seven Days? That would be awesome! I will subscribe to keep up-to-date in case the request is granted. :o)

  • Thanks John and yes I'm sure Craig would do Seven Days again for you, he was working on a particular concept on that song that he really wasn't as happy with as he could've been and it will give me a chance to use the 2 camera idea again.

    Thanks for your support.

    Martin
