eya you should complain and tell them how you are dispointed and they will more than likely send you a new one or different one,, trust me i email companies all the time if i am unsatisfied with a high end product,, why spend all that money if they aint gunna work aye ? lol xx

if you want to get you rmoeny out of it and dont wanna call it a complete waste..grind it down and turn it back into powder..i do that for all my shadows that turn out like the one you have.
i have had to do that to a few mac and urbandecay shadows. i grind them into dust and they work better then when pressed.
I dd nt even bover wit the eyeshadows wen i swatchd them at the counter.I agree the package is crap.I got the powder foundation wich is utter rubbish its rili ashy on my skin.I dnt knw why its so hyped esp in london..Thanks for another fab review.
ive bought Illamesqua twice now to see f there was an actual lot problem... but no.... the quality of the eyeshadows is cheap and the color pay off is not good at all... hope they try to fix this =/
I just bought from them. I purchased 6 items, but only 3 items showed up in the mail. I wrote them an e-mail, but I"m still waiting for a reply. Hopefully they will get back to me soon. :(
Yeaup I paid for all 6 items. I think its an innocent mistake. I messaged them Friday night - so maybe thats why there's a delay in response. I'll wait a couple more days. But I have to admit, that's one heck of a mistake. But I'm sure they'll fix it..... *I hope*.
ive seen a few vids about the poor pigmentation on these shadows, i read somewhere that they had taken this into account and they were sorting it out? its crap that in the UK we cant return makeup! i woudlnt let this put you off though, i have a few lipglosses from them which are gorgeous, and their blushes are to die for!
i hear that they were addressing the issue, but in my oppinion they should take the e/s that are poor off there counters so people arnt waisting there money. i totallt agree with u on the lipglosses tho the one i have is amazing and i love it

I think I got lucky and picked some pigmented ones. But yes the packaging is CRAP. Hey add this video as a response to mine so my viewers can watch it as well. Illamasqua needs to hear our thoughts! ohhh i may try that, so do i press it into an e/s tin or just use it as a lose pigment, at least then i will have something out of my loss lol xx

use it as a loose pigment..you'll have to get one of those small sample jars to transfer it to.

Have you tried emailing them to tell them how bad it is to give them the chance to reimburse you or swap it? :0)
