I think the scarecrow uses his hat as a weapon in the Xbox 360 as well as when he uses his fear gas something different happens to the victim.

i got the game and sorry to burst the scarecrow fans bubble(dont worry im one myself) but he does NOT use his hat as a weapon in the game although he uses fear gas which is quite fun :D

they are also making a batman arkham asylum game and the status of the dark knight game is still unknown
