Al's SONG is nothing like Extreme's, except that both are slow ballads. The visual parody of the video is pretty close, but "You Don't Love Me Anymore' is indeed an original song by Al.

you can't compare these songs. I know al meant to parody this song, but he just wrote his own song, inspired by this one. like "close but no cigar" is "short skirt long jacket", but is its own song. you know what I mean? If you listen to enough of al's songs, you'll know what I mean.
